We all need a bit of help sometimes.
But it can be difficult to know how,
or who to ask.
Take a look at some resources and
tips that have helped others when
in a difficult place.
Life is sometimes difficult, for many reasons; whether it be due to past experiences, relationships, work or other worries that cause us distress. There are also times when we can feel depressed or anxious, and have a sense that we are not living the life we would like. Counselling can help you to explore those feelings, in a confidential and non-judgemental space.
I aim to give you the opportunity to talk to someone who listens to your problems, no matter how big or small. I’ll help you to reach a deeper understanding of yourself and other people, so you feel you have more choices and control over your life.
